The Midways

Forming in 2022, The Midways are a power trio from Hobart, Tasmania consisting of guitarist and vocalist Jacob Cleary, bassist Ed Moase and drummer Lockie James. Mainly influenced by bands of the 90’s alternative and grunge movement, The Midways bring power with heavy and tight musicianship. We are currently in the midst of completing finishing up our first record and also previously worked with Joe Haley (Psycroptic). Having supported touring band such as Verticoli (TAS), As A Rival (VIC) and Strung Out (USA) on their 30th anniversary tour back in 2023, we’re keen to head back out on the road for our next adventure.
